My name is Jenae. Fitness has been a part of my life and has been the one constant reminder to me that I am alive, free, and strong through the good times and bad. Through the years, I have tried every fitness trend that has come and gone. Some have worked and some were just not for me. We have all experienced this and to be honest, all fitness trends are not for everyone. That's why I truly believe it is so important to find the fitness patterns that work for you, that keeps you challenged, motivated, and keeps you feeling accomplished after every session. You want to feel like "a hausin' fit individual"..."an awesomely supreme bad ass". The true fitness trends that have shown me great results and kept me coming back for more are the fitness trends that I want to share with everyone. These trends do include step, hi-impact dancing, spin, running, and circuit training. It has been exciting and challenging moving along with these different modes of exercise that now, exercising doesn't seem like a "workout" but more of a "work-in". Oh, and just another little minor detail of these classes...I like the music pumpin! Not blood-curdling, eardrum-busting loud, but jammin' enough to add that extra kick of motivation! Just be ready to move! I am ready to move at a moments notice...basically, I'm HausFit. I want you to feel HausFit, too, ya hear. I don't want to take all the fun...after all, sharing is caring!

These workouts are going to be divided into personal training sessions, beginning, intermediate, and HausFit advanced work-ins. For individuals wanting personal training, it is so provided around the class schedules. HausFit Beginners will be provided to show everyone the proper form and breathing technique to complete exercise. Intermediate Hausers will be able to perform such movements with coaching assistance at your side. The HausFit advanced is a work-in of sorts, because you really have to be on your A-game potential. Very little rest time in this session, or where you feel you need it, otherwise the games keep going until the work-in's complete. What's most important in all these categories is the aspect of fun. Although these movements will be challenging, the only competition is within yourself. Remember to have fun while you are getting your body healthy and fit to improve your quality of life. Make time for that work-in. Pat yourself on the back, then go home to treat yourself to a nice dinner and down time with loved ones. Now that's so Haus!
